Venora Ltd is a small company by design, and the work reaches further than four people can carry alone. These are the relationships we build.
AvantIT — founding partner
Venora Ltd is a spin-off of AvantIT, an IT consultancy in Matosinhos. AvantIT contributes the engineering practice the platform is built on and the integration work that connects it to systems customers already run. It remains our closest technical partner.
Pilot customers
Recruitment teams running real roles through the platform while it is being built, with direct access to the founders. Pilot feedback sets the roadmap and will train the specialised model. This track is open.
Technology and ATS integrations
Applicant tracking systems, HR platforms and consultancies whose customers need screening that explains itself. Venora Match is built to sit alongside an existing system rather than replace it, which makes integration the normal case rather than the exception.
Delivery and referral partners
Consultancies and advisors working with European organisations on hiring, HR technology or AI Act readiness, who want a product they can stand behind and a company that will answer the phone.
