Venora Ltd is a founder-led team of four in Matosinhos, building a product with customers on it. There is no HR layer between you and the decisions; there is also no one else to do the work.
How we work
Small team, short path from idea to production, and pilot customers close enough that you hear what broke. We build in stages and in public, and we would rather ship something honest than announce something finished.
What we look for
People who can hold a problem end to end — engineering, product, applied AI, or the commercial side of selling software to European organisations. Working English is essential; Portuguese is useful and not required.
Where you would be
Matosinhos, in the Porto area, with remote work inside Europe considered for the right person. We are not hiring outside timezones where a shared working day is realistic.
