AI talent matching for hiring teams. Venora Match reads every application against the role, scores the fit, and shows the recruiter which requirements were met, which were missed and why — then carries that analysis into the interview.
What comes after it
We would rather publish the plan than imply a finished suite. These are the milestones we are working towards, in order.

MVP and pilot customers
The first recruitment teams using Venora Match on real roles, with close support from the founding team.

V1.0 launch
Public release of the first commercial version and the opening of paid plans.
