Why we built it
The founders kept watching the same thing happen inside client organisations: an open role, a hundred applications, and one person reading them between other work. The tools sold as the answer returned a ranking with no reasoning — which asks a hiring manager to trust a number for a decision they will have to justify. We built Venora Match to do the reading and show its work, and left the decision where it belongs.
What it does, in four parts
Matching
Applications are analysed against the requirements of the specific role rather than against a keyword list, and returned as a ranked set with a fit score per candidate.
Explanation
Each match carries its reasoning: the requirements met, the gaps found, and the evidence in the application behind both. A recruiter can disagree with any of it.
Interviews
The analysis carries forward — interview setup, suggested questions drawn from what the screening found, and structured feedback captured against the same criteria.
Oversight
No candidate is rejected by the system. Every outcome is a recommendation a person confirms, which is what keeps an auditable record of who decided what.
