We build for organisations where hiring is somebody’s second job. Roughly 10 to 200 people, no dedicated recruitment team, applications arriving by email, and a decision that matters more than the process around it. These are the stages we work on, in the order we are building them.
The problem we work on
The volume is not the hard part
One open role can produce a hundred applications and cost days of somebody’s week. Screened by hand, the first CVs get attention and the last get luck — and the candidate worth hiring is often somewhere in the middle of the pile.
Most tools replace judgement instead of supporting it
The market answered this with black-box ranking: a number, no reasoning, no way to disagree. That is a poor fit for a decision this consequential, and since August 2026 it is also a poor fit for European law.
Smaller organisations were skipped
Enterprise recruitment suites assume a recruitment department, a rollout project and a budget to match. Companies of 10 to 200 people have none of those, and have been left with the inbox.

Every application read against the role, scored, and returned with the reasoning attached — hours of screening turned into minutes of review. Then interview support: setting the interview up, questions informed by what the analysis found, and structured feedback captured afterwards.
